Exacerbated by the fact it would occure well past the two hour refund limit, so increased frustration about such a gotcha moment. Well the closer to launch it gets, the closer we are to the sudden swerve into overkill aggro (particuarly compared to the rest of the game during the whole development of Subnautica) tanking steam reviews into the pavement. I want a return to pointing to Subnautica and saying their devs don't pull stuff ike that. And in exchange, we raised his damage again!". "Fiiiiiine, we'll reduce Hans's million bazillion hitpoints. Which again, brings killing floor 2 to mind. But a lot of the problems everybody are facing are based on "On PAPER, this is a great idea" stuff that doesn't line up with the "Vision TM" in practice. In THEORY, increased levithan type aggro could be okay. And in turn, we're going to nerf something else!" At the very least, being willing and ready to dial down levithan aggro as needed. So it's for the Devs own long term benefit to not fall into the admitedly common mindset of "Fiiiiine, we buffed the thing everybody said needed a buff. Exacerbated by the fact it would occur well past the two hour refund limit, so increased frustration about such a gotcha moment. I doubt the jaw of a boneshark can do 10 tons of pressure. Realistically bonesharks shouldnt be able to damage the hull of the ship. Most of the post in this thread are actually complaining about the bonesharks so I dont know why you constantly feel the need in your post to act like your view on boneshark aggro is the majority of playerbase view as well. I fail to see how removing JUST the boneshark aggro would make it be invincible again. Its not fun and this thread basically points that out. I have to spend so much extra time just turning off and on the engines just to get things to leave me alone and not to mention I have to part it at the edge of zones or in a safe zone near by. Well, now the cyclops has mechanics which make it fun for those people, even though it was massively fun for me already, but with the new mechanics it makes moving around in any semi hostile area a complete and utter pain. After this update there is another massive cry about the cyclops being useless because of bonesharks. I'm sorry, before the update there was a massive cry about the cyclops being useless cause there was no real depth to it. This is a great compromise for those who take issue with Bonesharks attacking the cyclops. *vivid leviathan in safe shallows flashback* Leviathan leashing has been fixed so it's not like these big guys are gonna follow you around the map. Again let's not forget all of the buffs to help us counter creature attacks. Which is not wanted by any player, I think we can all agree on that. If they only removed Boneshark aggro it would basically put the cyclops back into its invincible state. Yes I am so sure that the Devs are just out to spite their player base. Was waiting for someone to have a problem with increased leviathan aggro.
